A regional workshop on rabies prevention and control in Tigray Region, which was organized by Tigray Health Research Institute was held on Tuesday 18/10/2016 E.C (25/05/2024 G.C) at Mekelle.
The workshop was officially opened by Tsegay Hadgu Deputy Director General of Tigray Health Research Institute. On his speech, he emphasized that the objective of the workshop aimed at networking stakeholders and continuing the platform for the prevention, control and eventual eradication of the disease from the region.
